Best Method: Marinated & Grilled

Easy marinade (30 min–12 hrs):
Olive oil, soy sauce or salt, garlic, citrus or vinegar, optional honey

Marinate at least 30 minutes (overnight = extra flavor).

- Preheat grill to high heat.

- Grill 3–5 minutes per side (depends on thickness).

- Pull at 125–130°F (medium-rare is ideal).

- Rest 5–10 minutes.

- Slice thin, AGAINST the grain (non-negotiable).

Cast Iron Option

- Pat steak dry, oil lightly.

- Sear in a very hot pan 3–4 minutes per side.

- Rest, then slice against the grain.
